Accounts Preparation
We prepare accounts for all forms of enterprises from the sole traders, to partnerships, to the simple Limited company accounts, to the larger company accounts. The principal John Campion has over 30 years experience in accounts preparation and is in his own practice for over 20 years.
Tax Planning/Returns
We deal with all forms of tax returns, as this goes hand in hand with the accounts preparation work at the year end time, but also on an on-going basis. We place a particular emphasis on tax planning for all our clients.
Company Secretarial
We complete all the annual returns required to be submitted to the CRO for our Limited company clients. We can arrange for company formations to be carried out and arrange for voluntary strike offs to be carried out.

We can help with the preparation of business plans, cashflow projections and with debt restructuring/refinancing.
